wahoo!

it doesn't seem as though it almost christmas. i'm usually not still in school this close to christmas. but it's okay. mike has been so great being at home with jack this week, getting laundry and shopping done, hanging out together... they've been having a blast. we're trying to squeeze in haircuts and stuff this week and get last minute christmas shopping wrapped up (wha? you're not done yet, you ask? i know, so unlike me.)

but tomorrow is our last day before break and then we're off until jan 9! wooo hooo!

we have a couple house projects over break and mike's finishing one right now (fixing the player piano and cleaning up the wood)... such a sweet guy, don't you think? we're also going to try to paint the guest room and finally put on the super duper baby proof cabinet locks (since jack's already outsmarted the first ones we bought)

i think jack's even started to get wound up about christmas. he's just so GOOFY lately. he cracks himself up.
