i hate germs!

jack's had a rough weekend with his asthma.. something triggered him on friday and we've been doing round the clock breathing treaments and steroids, hoping to get him back on track... now, as i type, mike's at urgent care because he feels like someone is sitting on his chest... i think he's got some kind of pneumonia-ish thing... fun times here at the madzinskis!

enough complaining!

some good stuff:

--retail therapy! i just bought a way cute pink seatbelt bag on eBay. they discontinued the color so you can't really see it any more, but it's a cadillac pink. so impractical, but so cute. you gotta have something cute when you mostly carry around a little green camo backpack with all of jack's gear in it...

--more retail therapy! i bought a pair of Nile Crocs. i'll decide on monday if i think they are too ugly to keep. word on the street is that they are so comfy you don't care how fugly they are... i'll keep you posted. gotta love zappos. every time i order from them with their free shipping they tell me it'll be 5-7 days, but immediately send me an email saying they can send it to me in one! i feel like i'm cheating them every time :)

--my sister- she's awesome. keep her in your thoughts- she's helping out our cousin who is trying to get herself out of a very bad situation. bravery on both their parts.

--visitors! my mom and sister are coming with brady over spring break to visit us! yay! i can't wait.

--coffee ice cream. i could eat it every day. especially from oberweis. if my cholesterol wasn't so high. go figure- an early thirties female with high cholesterol.
