wow.
our heads are spinning.
we solidified an offer on a house on tuesday, listed our current house today, and after our house being listed for about 4 hours, we had one person walk through, we got an offer and we make it all official tomorrow...
pretty cool. selling our house was pretty low stress! :) gotta love that!

WOW- we had about 50 showings on our house before it sold (we're on a busy street) but now we're closing on the new and old Wednesday. Definitely a stresser. Good luck with it all!
