phew...

it seems i'm keeping up a bit better with facebook than blogger lately, so if you're on facebook, find me and friend request me and we can keep up better there.

in big news, I PASSED NATIONAL BOARDS! i think my family (esp. mike) more than me were excited to hear that i won't be obsessing about it any more. it is a nice feeling to have that accomplishment and that process behind me. now on to other things... what, i am not sure, but i think it'll include some variation of an administrative certificate. but, i'm taking a break for now.

we're in full holiday mode now... thanksgiving is over (thanks for a yummy dinner, barb!) and we're thinking about christmas...

but first, we have charlie's 2nd birthday next week and are having a small Thomas the Train themed party for him. then, i get to (have to?) to go washington d.c. for a staff development conference. i'm excited to go, and excited to see washington at christmas time, but it's strain for everyone else in the family and that makes it tough on that end...

this weekend after we go downstate to visit friends we'll pull out the holiday decorations are starting making it feel like christmas around here! this year the boys are way into it, especially jack, which makes it so much more fun!
