three day weekend!

i love three day weekends- cause usually that third day i feel like i can actually relax and have some fun instead of worrying about what tasks i should be accomplishing since i usually only have 2 days off..

so jack and i went to the children's museum and met up wtih my friend monika and her two kiddos, logan and madilynn. it was nice to see them, since it seems like our schedules never mesh right to be able to see each other more often.

every time we go to the children's museum, jack goes right to the same exhibits. he LOVES the wind tunnel. they had foam frisbees that he was really diggin'. he actually tolerated having the goggles on this time and i thought he was such a cutie with them on. my little scientist-in-training.

the next few weeks are super busy here at the madzinski household- just seems like lots of stuff going on at school, meetings, programs, etc. it'll be a long stretch to spring break- but i'm already SO looking forward to that week off! plus, it's jack's birthday that week, and i'm already forming the ideas for his cake in my head. (we're going to go with a car/truck theme)
