week 2!
Week 2 of my C25K (Couch to 5K program) and so far so good. I'm able to tell a difference in that I can run longer without gasping for air. And it feels so good to do that!
Not that this is completely accurate (well, not at all) of my running outfit, but I had fun at this site making a doll likeness of me!
