is it wrong of me?

to hate it when Jack is sick?? i mean, i totally hate to see him in pain, miserable, etc. but i hate it too when we have to stay home inside the house all day with a kid who just isn't himself. it makes life on those days... not so fun.

on the other hand, i guess it makes all those other days just look THAT much better! :)

for instance, this wednesday! already a great day because IT'S the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL for us! and it'll probably be even better because Jack should really be back to normal by then. we're also meeting with a lender to find out all the details and options we have to buy a new house. we're not in any rush to find a new place, but are actively looking. we'll put our house up on the market when we find the perfect house for us. that's exciting.

although wednesday...it is somewhat of a bittersweet day, having to say goodbye to my awesome principal. though i have a feeling it won't be the last time i ever see/talk to her.

oh whatever, by this time next week i'll be sitting on the sandy shores of marco island with my hubby... relaxing and destressing. what am i complaining about?

and mike's totally done with his grad program!? isn't that awesome!??!
