beach boy.

there's my little beach boy. we spent several days in the last week or so at the dunes in indiana with family from mike's side. jack was all over the beach- he loved the water, the sand, and his cousins. it was great beach/boating weather- hot, sunny, calm lake, etc. but of course all that hot, humid, low wind weather translates to a little bit of misery when you go back up to the un-airconditioned house! it wasn't THAT bad, but a little dry, cold air yesterday would have made things better in my opinion. but that's okay cause when you see that it totally doesn't bother jack in the least bit and he's happy as a clam getting all sandy and wet it makes it all okay.

a big couple days coming up here in the 'mad'house. today we do all the final prep for closing on our new house tomorrow...and by tonight we should know if jack will have a little brother or sister! exciting times!

i can't complain. even though things are a bit stressful, i have so much to be grateful for. life is good.
