so... we thought our offer was dead on tuesday for this new house.

their realtor called ours today and the owners decided that could come down a little. their counter offer was $900 less than their asking price. (originally)

were they serious? you ask. yes. we said no and walked away on tues.

so negotiations are back up for grabs, although we put our offer in and said that's it, take it or leave it. we're still waiting to hear if they'll walk or not. i keep trying to tell myself if it's meant to be, it'll work out.

meanwhile... i have this weekend to look forward to! we get to see a FREE show with fountains of wayne at the taste of chicago... i'm so not interested in going to the taste, but can't wait to see fountains of wayne! should be a fun show and the weather looks like it'll cooperate! yay!!!
