bye bye bluewater....

as jack would say- he says bye bye to whatever it is we're leaving... bye bye french fries, bye bye train, bye bye target...

so tonight is bye bye bluewater... jack and i leave for maine tomorrow and we close on this house while we're gone, so when mike picks us back up from the airport next week we'll be going straight to our new house. it's kind of weird...

kind of bittersweet... the memories we've made in this house can't be replaced...

moving in from our apt as young newlyweds...
setting up a nursery...
bringing jack home for the first time...
changing his room to a big boy room...
the friends we've entertained here...
the landscaping we put sweat equity into...
the painting and decorating we've done...
playing with our neighbors kids...

but as they say, life goes on, and up... the new house is the kind of house i always thought we'd live in and once we get settled there it'll be awesome. it seems weird though that this second baby won't even have a clue about the house on bluewater. i wonder if jack will even remember it?
